Today I, Chris Johnson, was given an exclusive list of (11) mortgages for sale and (3) REO's for sale in Port St. Lucie, FL. In my experience as a Real Estate Broker, I have found, especially as of late, banks are taking huge losses just to move these non-performing assets off their books. In my most recent two deals (Dec. 2008 and Feb. 2009) I was able to negotiate one bank accepting a net of $1,100,000 on a $1,925,000 mortgage and another agreeing to a net of $5,500 on a $75,000. There’s a bit of skill involved, but working with Chris “The Pro” Johnson, I can get it done for you too.
